Bi-Monthly Check-Ins: Two 1:1 sessions each month to adjust programming, troubleshoot challenges, and refine technique.
Run-Specific Strength Focus: Core stability, hip power, and posterior chain development designed to complement (not compete with) your running.
Efficient Workouts: Structured to fit seamlessly into a runner’s weekly routine.
Intermediate Plan – $200/month
For athletes who want more coaching touchpoints and deeper nutrition/mindset integration. This DOES include run coaching/programming.
Strength Training: 2-3 customized workouts/week (progressive + periodized)
Mobility & Core: 2 routines/week (mobility + core stability)
Nutrition Coaching: 1 personalized adjustment or fueling strategy per week (macros, recovery foods, supplement tips)
Mindset & Recovery: 2 guided practices/week (breathwork, mindfulness, identity statements)
Form Feedback: Submit up to 2 training videos per month for review
Monthly Call: One 30-min coaching call to review training, nutrition, mindset
Advanced Plan – $250/month
For athletes who want the full holistic experience with high-touch coaching and functional health integration. This DOES include run coaching/programming.
Strength Training: 3 customized workouts/week + event-specific taper/peak programming
Mobility & Core: Weekly progression routines tailored to injury history
Nutrition Deep Dive: Ongoing fueling strategy, supplement guidance, and recipe/habit layering specific to your training cycle
Mindset & Performance: Weekly guided session or reflection (journaling prompts, breathwork audio, or visualization practice)
Form Feedback: Submit unlimited training videos for review
Biweekly Calls: Two 30-min coaching calls/month for adjustments and accountability
Functional Support: Guidance on lab work interpretation, recovery stacks, and personalized lifestyle interventions
Priority Messaging Access: Direct text/voice message support for quick check-ins

How do payments work?
All coaching plans are billed as a monthly subscription through our secure checkout system. You’ll be charged automatically each month, starting date of payment, until you cancel.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes — all plans require a 2-month minimum commitment. This ensures we have enough time to make meaningful progress in your training, nutrition, and mindset. After the initial 2 months, you may cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice before your next billing date.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. If you start with Basic but want more support, you can upgrade to Intermediate or Advanced at any time. The change will apply starting with your next billing cycle.
What happens if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel after your 2-month commitment, simply email me at thelivingholisticlee@gmail.com with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date. That way we can process your cancellation smoothly!

Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a personalized coaching service, I don’t offer refunds once a billing cycle begins. However, if you’re unhappy with your experience, please reach out — I want to work with you to make sure you’re supported.
What if I get injured or need to pause?
Life happens! If you’re injured or need to pause due to travel, illness, or other circumstances, reach out and we can adjust your plan. In many cases, I’ll create modified workouts, nutrition guidance, or mindset work so you can still make progress.
How do I communicate with you as my coach?
Basic plan: Weekly email check-ins.
Intermediate plan: Monthly call + email support.
Advanced plan: Biweekly calls + priority text/voice message access.
What if I have food allergies or special dietary needs?
No problem — all nutrition notes and strategies can be tailored to your unique preferences, restrictions, or sensitivities.
Do you work with athletes outside of running?
Yes! While my specialty is endurance athletes (runners, triathletes, cyclists), I also coach athletes from other sports who want to build strength, improve nutrition, and avoid burnout or injury.
